Villa Rica has the worst patient experience! They don’t send messages to let us know when other offices are closed or offering shots. We end up driving to find a locked door or a very apologetic front office (Acworth). When asked to speak to the manager she just keeps having the front desk responding for her. The Acworth office team is always so nice, but unfortunately they have to see angry and frustrated patients. All we asked is to be notified with enough time to avoid driving through traffic and waste our time.
