I absolutely loved my first hydrafacial here with Stephanie Alonzo. She kept asking if I was okay and to let her know if I felt any pain. I just felt amazing and my skin is glowing! Definitely considering other procedures recommended by her for the winter.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This place has very rude staff and unprofessional providers. I had a cancer surgery in December 2023 and they left stitches in my back. I tried to call them 2 times and they told me it was my fault. I tried to rip out the stitches myself and there’s a knot or something underneath. I again tried to call their office for help but they said that it would take another payment to get them to look at it and said it was my fault. I went to the dermatologist Dr. Hinojosa for the first time a month ago, I asked him before starting if it was scabies and he told me no, it was a simple rash that would go away with a cream, he prescribed a cream and some pills for the itching and it wouldn't go away I went back two weeks later and he prescribed corticosteroids I used it and it wouldn't go away either and they wanted to do a skin biopsy to see if it was skin cancer with what that costs money and the fear it creates to the patient, I went to a doctor in Mexi... read more
