I would like to thank the hospital for the excellent care I received on 05/22/2026 in the emergency room. The entire staff was very kind and professional, but I especially want to thank Dr. Emily Herbert for her outstanding care, patience, and dedication. They made me feel calm and well cared for at all times. You can truly tell when someone loves their job and genuinely cares about their patients. Thank you so much for all the support and for providing such excellent service.
From admission through PACU, Labor & Delivery, and Mother & Baby, every doctor, nurse, and PA we encountered was absolutely outstanding. The level of care we received exceeded our expectations in every way and truly went above and beyond. We felt supported, cared for, and in excellent hands throughout the entire experience. I cannot recommend White Oak’s Labor & Delivery and Mother & Baby units highly enough. Shoutout to nurses Maricela and Rose from Mother and Baby - they were amazing!! - Abiola
I can give 10 stars for my ER and hospitalization experience. I didn't know how serious my condition was but I was taken care right away in the midnight. I ended up being hospitalized for 2 nights but all the nurses and doctors were not only professional but very kind and really polite. I could choose my food and they were all very good, too. Worst hospital visit I have ever experienced on 5/21/26. Triage suspected I had a PE and tachycardia but had me sit in the waiting area for 5&1/2 hours . Was in the hospital for 12 hours but left without knowing if I have a PE because my vein blew out and contrast infiltrated my arm so CT scan did not work . Was told there’s no other way to confirm and to follow up with my PCP . Still don’t have any answers and will probably visit another ER. Anywhere but here.
