Do not go here. Terrible customer service! Treated me extremely poorly made me wait for over an hour, then bumped me back even further so doctors friend could lay in the MRI machine!! Total lack of communication between departments and overall poorly run excuse for a company. Will not be returning, I suggest you go else where.
It was fine until they sent me to a collection agency, which we were making pay,ends on the ridiculously expensive MRI that provided virtually no benefit. I am really confudpsed why they would send my account to a collection agency when I was paying my crazy out of pocket costs of $800.00. Very unprofessional and uncalled for. They never even contacted me directly that there was a problem with my making payments to them. It almost seems as if this was intentionally spiteful.
