Excellent, thorough preventive visit, as always.
I always appreciate the care I receive. My hygienist Karin is very knowledgeable and adept, both in taking care of my teeth and educating me on how to do it in myself in between cleanings. I also have complete confidence in Dr. Kaplan. He has recommended just the right care (I needed some gum work with another specialist he referred me to) but never pushing unnecessary intervention. Although Allison was a bit late which was not her fault, everything was fine.

I went in for a new patient consult for my son and myself. I had a wonderful experience, everyone was very nice and friendly. One of the techs even offered to entertain my son with a book while I was filling out all the paperwork. My son was not very keen on having his teeth checked out (20months) and they were very patient with him, careful not to traumatize him which is more than I can say for another doctor he had seen elsewhere.
As always my experience was great. The staff was professional, thoughtful and efficient.
