Dr. Kaplan and assistants were careful, friendly, cheerful and supportive, all of which I appreciated when faced with a possible root canal problem. He kept me informed of his thinking as he worked, and when finished he discussed various possible diagnoses and options and helped me decide on next steps - much appreciated.
