Excellent as always.
I had a great first experience at this office. The email and text notifications prior to the appointment were great. The office was clean and organized. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly, and helpful, and nice. The hygenist was absolutely wonderful, professional, informative and obviously really good at what she does. Dr. Kaplan was timely, to-the-point and informative as well. Everything was really great. Dr. Kaplan is the best dentist around. His touch is gentle, his work is superior. Never any pain during or after, and the whole staff is pleasant and professional. I've been coming here for 20 years and would recommend it without hesitation to anyone.
Had my first experience with Dr Kaplan and staff yesterday. They are great. I chose them because of all the positive reviews, and am glad I did! The staff is very nice and comforting. Dr. Kaplan is thorough, personable and delightfully straight forward, making everything easy to understand. Alison my hygienist was awesome. They have so much experience and explain everything they do...couldn't have asked for a better experience. The front office staff is super helpful too, made it an easy transition as a new patient!
My appointment was great as usual. I was taken on time and it was a pleasant experience. Everyone that works there is always thorough and helpful. Can't say enough good things about them.
