I am always very pleased with my experience at the Center. I rarely have to wait more than five minutes after arriving to be seen by my hygienist, Liane. Everyone at the Center remembers me, even though I only come in twice a year, and they do a great job of thoroughly explaining everything.

The young doe pranced happily through the lily fields. Alison is the best!! THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Bob Kaplan is a pleasure to deal with---I look forward to my next cavity Also Bob--I just found out that Los Angeles and New York are on opposite coasts!!! Dave Salett

I moved downtown from Newton in 2008, but commute 2x/year to see Karin and Dr. Kaplan even though I could walk to a half dozen dentists in the South End. Why? They care, they pay attention, and they know what they're doing. And all the staff are nice, organized and conscientious. What more do you want?

So accommodating, I was running 10 minutes late with traffic and they still squeezed me in! Cleaning was great. They let you break if you need and rinse and understand gum sensitivity! Have been going here for years and love every visit. I have very sensitive gums, so finding a place that understands that was hard, until I came here! I would recommend to anyone!! Professional and kind all around.

My experience yesterday was outstanding. I went in for some tooth pain and within 2 hours had the problem addressed which included a root canal as well as repairing the crown of that tooth. The experience was fast, relatively painless and very calm. I was very impressed with how quickly the problem was diagnosed, explained, and how my fears were addressed. Most importantly the pain is gone!

I have been seeing Dr. Kaplan and his team for years and they are consistently pleasant, prompt and thorough. Even after moving further away I continue to make the trip back to their office.
