There is never any wait time at this office. Even though there are always plenty of CURRENT magazines nearby, there is never an opportunity to read them. My hygienist is pleasant, professional and very detail oriented, and equipment is cutting edge. My next appointment is already on the books.
Emma is fabulous. She's been cleaning my teeth for 19 years (which must mean since she was a little girl), and thanks to her gentle touch and watchful eye, now in my 60's I still have no teeth or gum problems.
Dr. Kaplan and his assistant, Nicole, always take the best care of my teeth, while making me feel as comfortable as possible.
Excellent, timely service. All of my questions were answered and additional advice was provided. Emma is a gem, with a gentle touch. I can sleep through her cleaning.
As usual, my appointment was right on time, hygienist friendly and professional, dentist knowledgeable and efficient. They make an effort to know me and my teeth and provide professional service and advice about my dental care needs. Thanks.
My appointment was with Dr. Kaplan and Lana. They always provide compassionate and skilled care. Cheryl sets the tone of the office with her warmth and efficiency. Every encounter I have had here is professional and caring.
