Despite congested traffic and scarce parking in Newton Centre, I wouldn't go anywhere else. My wife and I have had all of our dental work done here for 20 years. Everyone is efficient and always smiling. Very low turnover in staff, because the office is well run.
As always, very good care and wonderful people.
While on vacation I chipped my front tooth. As soon as I returned, I called Dr. Kaplan's office and they were able to repair the tooth right away. The staff was, as always, friendly and helpful and the dental work perfect.
When I had a minor dental emergency, I was scheduled for an appointment for 2 hours later and am very happy with the care I received. Once again, when I arrived, I was greeted by name by everyone; all the staff knows my needs and strives to meet them. This is why I have transferred my two teenage sons from their pediatric dentist to the CFADC.
I love going to Karin. She is excellent at what she does; I especially appreciate the fact that she has a light touch when cleaning my teeth. She is the best.
