I've seen Dr. Rousseau a few times, and he's done a fine job. He listens, gives me time to ask questions, and answers them. Today I went in to have blood drawn. The woman who drew my blood was great! I didn't feel any pain and she was over and done in just a few seconds. But, I have needle-phobia, and had a Vasovagle syncope...I passed out. The staff jumped into action at once, and I was recovering shortly afterwards. Dr Aragon is the best she will take time to listen to you as well as discuss things with you and if there's something wrong with you she will send you somewhere to have it taking care of I just love her she has been a great doctor for me, and Sandra at the front door is such a sweet lady as well as Dawn...
Dr Aragon is the best ... She listens to me talks with me and she actually cares her staff is the same way Dawn the lady upfront is the best
Dr. Rosseau is AWESOME! He listens and thoroughly answers questions, follows up after visits as required, all nurses and staff are very nice and responsive on line or in person. Love the portal app.

It is AMAZING!! Love my doctor, nurse, the front office manager!! Just amazing!!!
Impossible to reach a real person. Voice msgs are not returned. Online "patient portal" is not working - neither the old nor the new system! Rotten way for a medical office to conduct business and treat its patients.
