Good hearing devices only go so far when it comes to improving a patient's ability to hear and understand. I trust Kelli at the Center for Active Aging to help increase the processing speed and abilities of my patients. The techniques she teaches and instills in them has led to improvements that have far exceeded my expectations. She is an excellent resource for anyone looking to improve their hearing.

Kelli Charlton has patiently been working with me to be able to hear words correctly in the Brain HQ exercises and in other situations. She suggested using a Streamer and getting the hearing aids adjusted more precisely. It made all the difference in the world. Hearing in my ears on the phone and on the computer has just opened a new world for me. She did an excellent job in problem solving my hearing situation. Thank you Kelli.

Thank you for the opportunity to try BrainHQ. Ultimately, I would not recommend this to any hearing impaired person. It was a very frustrating experience for me as the majority of the exercises relied on my hearing. Having struggled and failed so many times in trying for even 3 stars left me depleted and discouraged. I did enjoy the visual exercises though. I'm sorry I can't offer a better review, but that has been my experience. I know my husband had a much better experience. Sincerely, Diane
