The person answering the phones on February 13th of 2026, refused to give me the contact information for Dr. Labiad. She led me to believe, for 8 hours today, that she was trying to help me and after I finally begged her she told me that it wasn't her job because she works in the fertility department. I don't have a phone capabilities from this remote location in the Arctic and I need to contact him.. then she made fun of me and make jokes. I will be arriving soon
