Poorly managed property.
I have had my car broken into on 3 separate occasions here (all 3 I have made sure it was locked.) Trimark refuses to place security cameras in the parking lot despite other car break ins in the lot. They claim they are unaware of other issues. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!
