Horrible experience. Originally, Dr. Thomas told me that my Invisalign treatment would last 1.5 years. After four years of continuous Invisalign and one year of using a retainer for after care my teeth are right back to where they were at the beginning. Strongly consider looking for alternative options as this is nothing more than an Invisalign sweat shop.
I've been a patient with CCO for 1.5 years and my experience started off excellent but is now mixed. 1. It's extremely to schedule appointments with the office. Their availability is limited and while they have adjusted my appts due to doctor unavailability, it is next to impossible for me to reschedule my appointments when I might be unavailable. 2.
