On March 9, 2019, I and my grandson visited Center city Notary to transfer my auto title to him. One of the conditions was that this was a gift i could use as a tax deduction. I completed an Affidavit of Gift form then and a second time May 4. I have called Judith several times since then, asking that this Affidavit be mailed to me..
