dr song is the best!!! extremely reassuring and beyond trustworthy. there truly is no other dentist for me in philadelphia! i must add that the entire staff at ccd is awesome! they make me feel super chill and relaxed.
So, I have despised and have had intense fear of dentists my whole life. Mostly because I never developed proper and basic dental hygiene. I’ve always thought I was a lost cause. I have been a patient here since 2013. The front desk staff is incompetent. I received a bill for an astronomical amount. Called my insurance to follow up. The rep told me the claim was not coded correctly and numerous attempts were made by the insurance to have them correct it ( which were ignored). Wow! Very incompetent and not how you treat your patients. What if i would not have called my insurance and just paid the bill instead? I would have been paying their mistake. No thank you!
big fan of the receptionists here but check ups with Dr. Song always feel very rushed. I had a broken filling (second time since a filling I got done here broke) and Dr. Song was in mid conversation with her assistant as she used her “wiggle technique” to administer anesthesia. Afterwards even though the procedure was on my bottom right molar my left eye kept twitching and the anesthesia didn’t wear off until like 8 hours later. It wasn’t even a big procedure! I had such a great experience with Dr. Wendy Song and her assistant, Jont'a! They were both amazing—so pleasant, caring, and friendly throughout my entire visit. They took the time to make me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. I truly appreciate the care they provided and would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family!
