I received a night guard as strongly urged by Dr Song. After wearing it a couple weeks, I found that my bite felt severely misaligned. Upon going back in to see her for an evaluation/adjustment, I was told it was impossible for that to happen, that it was "all in my head". My complaints were basically shut down/ignored. I genuinely do not enjoy writing bad reviews, especially because I liked Dr. Song as a person and enjoyed being under her care. However, my experience with Center City Dental’s office policies, communication, and issue handling has been incredibly frustrating. I originally went in to get crowns and to fix my chipped front teeth. The crown I received has caused me severe pain since the day it was placed—ironically, on a tooth that had absolutely no pain prior to the procedure.
