I couldn’t tell if I’d cracked a tooth or just lost a filling. I called and they told me the next available appointment was over 2 months away. I asked to be on the cancellations list and never heard anything. When my appointment finally arrived, they only had me scheduled for a cleaning and said I would have to wait 2 hours until after the dentist’s lunch break. I couldn’t do that, so I left. I had a colleague recommend Dr. Mehta after she had work done by her. I am very happy I decided to go because I have yet to find a team (her and her assistant) that has kept me as calm and pain free during my procedures. Thank you =]
I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to after a really negative experience with this dentist’s office. I had a crown placed by Dr. Mehta, and I complained about it right after it was put in. Something felt off. She saw me soon after that, and she said my teeth would likely adjust to the crown. I took that in good faith and didn’t notice further issues, personally. I’ve since moved and have a new dentist, who immediately noticed a number of issues with the placement of the crown. The staff is always so sweet and accommodating. I had a my first root canal with Dr. Song and it couldn’t have gone any better! Great practice and dental team!
dr song is the best!!! extremely reassuring and beyond trustworthy. there truly is no other dentist for me in philadelphia! i must add that the entire staff at ccd is awesome! they make me feel super chill and relaxed.
