Got three days of pain pills, bruised and swollen from my belly button to my anus, and treated me like a drug addict because I called in pain and cannot sit or move without horrible pain... They said go to ER if you need meds. My inner thigh, vagina, butt, belly button are all bruised and swollen and this is the treatment I get! WOW. I have had three kids, and a spiral fracture in three places in my leg...I'm No stranger to pain! This is horrible treatment.

The desk and medical assistants were helpful and compassionate. Dr. Spence was well-informed, and promptly healed my gallbladder issue. He kept my pain well controlled post surgery, which assisted with a quick recovery (allowing me to return to work as soon as possible). However, my experience with Dr. Soder was so horrific that I will be unable to trust this office with my care in the future. If you're curious on that experience, I left an explanation on my personal review of this physician. What a shame.

Go somewhere else if you can. These people do not care, not even if you have sepsis and they like you as uninformed as possible as far as the procedures, what they're using etc goes. They don't pay attention to your allergies I could write a horror movie about this experience. They can't even keep track of referrals they made me hand walk in a referral from mercy ER, mercy said they should be able to look it up. Nope, they made me walk it in. Dr. Spence and Natalie have been great to work with! Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the front desk staff answering phones. Hence the 3 star rating.
