Recently I bought 2026 subaru crosstrek-!as my whole family loves subaru cars especially with their customer service also their whole staffs are very friendly with excellent knowledge . Granddaughter went in for a simple diagnostic tech broke a part, couldn't fix , who knows what else they did wrong. This is the type of place a person would call channel 13 on to investigate. I hope this works out she has a warranty but will not be back for sure

My partner and I both took our cars here and had bad experiences. Would not recommend or go back. They do not know what they are doing and even told us they didn’t know much about one of our Subarus. One car needed a serpentine belt fix. They told us it was fixed but when we came to pick it up and looked at it, it was not routed correctly. We told them multiple times it was wrong and even showed them a diagram. They still weren’t sure and kept pulling up a different model’s diagram. Thank you for your service?. Don’t even care enough anymore to explain the situation. In too much detail. But here goes. Don’t get your older 90s Subarus worked on here. They don’t seem to respect the Art or the History of the Subaru fandom. Had a major Axle failure 40 miles after major service in my 1999 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport. They told me they would fix it for free but they wouldn’t replace the other axle that had not failed. Long story short. They did their best to try to ensure everything was taken care of from the oil change to the full service, as well as trying to find issues that I was having even though it was not happening when they were looking, they kept the truck for multiple days. While they put me in a courtesy vehicle To make sure I was not burdened trying to figure out what was wrong with it even had me coming in to test drive it with the mechanic!!! service was excellent
