RecommendedI just had a mammogram at the Center for Women’s Imaging, and I cannot day enough great things about my experience. Someone called me a few days ahead to preregistration me, which was very easy. I arrived 15 minutes ahead of my appointment time as she asked, and I was greeted by the nicest lady. Every person I encountered was friendly, explained everything to me, and asked if I had a. I was in and out in about 20 w...in the middle of the afternoon!!
All staff registration to the nurses and PA were very rude, unprofessional and very hateful.

10 months ago today my mother died during a procedure done by Dr. Goodman. He told my family that he wished he had done something different. I will never forget that moment nor will I ever forget the tragic loss he has caused my family. I will never be a patient at this hospital for this very reason .
The worst service EVER!! ALEX RUSSELL OF management has the worst customer service skills ever. There are better hospitals out there... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! I Tried to ask to speak to someone about his behavior and he simply wouldn’t let me. Why would i want to file a complaint about you with you.
My Granddaughter has asthma and went to this hospital and they charged her $246.00 for discharge papers without telling her!!! Discharge papers!?!?!? Disgusting!
They charge for medically unnecessary things. My daughter has asthma and they charged me $246.13 for a lady to read me medical discharge papers! I have amazing insurance and my insurance wouldn't cover a penny of that charge. They said it was medically unnecessary. I tried to get it removed many times to no avail. My family and I will not ever be back again. They proved they would rather have the $246.13 and lose my business then remove that ridiculous fee and gain thousands of dollars.
