The most corrupt agency ever. They took more than 2 weeks just to begin to address air conditioner problems with our home in the middle of the summer. They also unlawfully kept our security deposit without written explanation of why. We left the property in excellent condition and better than the way we received it. They refuse to return or even answer our phone calls and emails about it. We have reported them to the Nevada Attorney General and our seeking legal action against them.
