Jed is an excellent professional. Discussed my options in a clear and concise fashion. Technically sound and easily resolved my plumbing issue.
We had an emergency leak and they were able to send someone over the same day. The technician, Omar, was courteous and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step as he diagnosed and repaired the problem. Overall we’re very happy with the service we received.
October 2025: We were having some trouble with our furnace, and our gas fireplace needed repair. Wesley Archer was our service technician, and he was fantastic. He identified the furnace issue right away, went through options and gave great advice on the repair, and had it back up and running the same afternoon. He also got our fireplace back up and running without having to do an expensive repair, and he went the extra mile to give it a thorough cleaning. The fireplace looks brand new!
