Paul was on time, and very thorough in evaluating and explaining my vent problem. It turns out that my heat register is fine, and that the room in question is likely colder because it is on the NW side of the house. First, they sent a photo of who was coming to do the repair. It was comforting to know who I was opening my door to. Ryan listened to my theory of what I thought was going on and solved the unusual problem. It turns out that I was getting more voltage into my home than I should have. He even called the city for me and gave them the information to proceed. (City didn’t waste time coming to check) He went above and beyond the scope of the job and I really appreciated it. Thanks
