By far the worst building I have ever lived in. If you’re thinking about moving here if this isn’t your absolute last option I suggest you run. The man that works here who’s supposed to be fixing things in the units does nothing. Since the day I moved in almost a year ago till today NOTHING in my unit has been fixed. This place is a health hazard for anyone! Hallways with no ceilings…water stains everywhere and not to mention the infestation of cockroaches! If I could rate it no stars if I could. Do yourself a favour, DO NOT move into this disgusting building!
I don't get what's wrong with people. Jesse and Sherry work very hard. I watch them run everyday trying to make this place a little better. They do Easter egg hunts, outdoor movies, goodie bags for kids, etc. The place is kept very clean compared to prior to them and things actually get fixed now. No more landlords making excuses on why they can't fix anything. Sometimes it takes time however they for everything for their tenants.
This building is infested with cockroaches and 9 days out of 10 does not provide either water, or heat for its tenants. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. you are either unable to shower, or freezing in your own unit because they will shut off the water 4 days a week with 0 notice and then shut off the heat on the other 3 days of the week. I would not recommend this building to even my worst enemy as the living conditions are beyond inhumane and of more similarity to a prison than an apartment.
The building has cockroaches, and the management gives promises and doesn't commit.
