The building has undergone significant improvements under the new management, who recently took over and have been making steady progress. I am optimistic that things will continue to get even better moving forward. Thank you guys.
Cockroaches everywhere management are horrible especially superintendent has to move my children away from here because of overwhelming population of cockroaches that she promised to spaty the apartment and then lied that she did DO NOT LIVE HERE

By far the worst building I have ever lived in. If you’re thinking about moving here if this isn’t your absolute last option I suggest you run. The man that works here who’s supposed to be fixing things in the units does nothing. Since the day I moved in almost a year ago till today NOTHING in my unit has been fixed.
