I started using this service in the summer of 2018, and I thought this would be the answer to my issues but that was a mistake. These people have charged my account(which overdrew it) without my permission. This was for a non prescription that I thought was paid by M'care. It has always been prescribed by my physician and paid by m'care up until this point. they had no right to withdraw out of my account without my permission and then refused to say I'm sorry, what can I do.
