When I first joined, the doctors were relatively new to the practice and very personable. Now, they've grown so much (which is probably good for them) that you barely get an appointment. Even when you get one, it's highly likely that you'll not only meet with the nurse practitioner but you're not exactly catching up on personal conversation. The good news is they try not to overbook and respectful of your time.
