i do not recommend these apartments to anyone. they claim to be family friendly and children were not allowed to ride their bikes, scooters, skateboards or anything else with wheels. they took almost 400 dollars off of our security deposit because of carpet cleaning which seems excessive!!! i believe normal wear and tear on carpets should not be a means to take away almost 400 dollars from our security deposit. they were not welcoming and not very friendly either!! i would not recommend this place to anyone. the place was ch... read more

I have many ongoing issues that have not been resolved for months now.
You’re basically paying a lot for a cheap apartment.
The kids always run out in the road and don’t care cars are coming.. if you call the office for a complaint or situation they do not do anything about it. So glad I left here!

Very nice apartments with helpful and efficient office staff. Nice amenities with professional maintenance staff. Great location in Rio Rancho.
the appartement we moved in was not clean at all ( greasy kitchen for example) and when it rains comes the worms...ew ( they told me it's nature! ok but NO!) and now that we moved out they claim 50$ for stickers removal...the joke!! all was already there when we moved in...nothing to add...just not trustful, ripped off..
I love my apartment and the space.
so far so good. moved in last month and the services have been prompt. hopefully they remain consistent.
