I really like Dr Valerio but I have always had to wait for my appt. After an hour of waiting the receptionist said he was held up for another 45 minutes. I told her I need to run over to mercy labs and would be back. I no sooner took my number I got a call, they came out to get me but I had left so they had to cancel my appt. I am very upset and angry....
