He knows what he’s doing - always informing residents on current topics, making sure amenities are in order and up-to-date with codes and standards, managing communications effectively. He always seems eager to understand what’s best for the building and the residents’ interest. I would definitely recommend Centennial House! The concierge, Princeton, is absolutely amazing! He’s always in high spirits and very helpful/easygoing! He also has an extremely welcoming approach 😊
Great part of town. Secluded and quiet but convenient to major attractions, restaurants and retail.
Used to be great, but now loud neighbors and weed aromas have taken over. Would not recommend.
