Not bad Relaxing location and nice people. I felt at ease and very calm. My friend reccomended this place and so I went instead of the spas I usually go to on the strip. I almost fell a sleep leaving. The results aren't amazing but the serenity is. PROS: serene CONS: not great results
Day Spa My wife and her sister go here all the time. They love all t he extra attention they get here. They offer a variety of services, they do facials, nails, hair, massages and more. They also sell beauty products made by Aveda here. It is a great place to get away and pamper yourself.
Never the Same Staff The concept of the Spa (Aveda Products) is wonderful and the products are first class. The problem is the turn over in staff. You just become comfortable with a certain person, and by the time your next appointment comes they are no longer there, and you do not know that until you arrive and you are scheduled with someone new! Disappointed Customer Not only did I not get the stylist I requested and reserved, but I also was dyed brown after requesting to go blonde for the summer. After spending a few hundred dollars, I expected to get the master stylist I was paying for. I was sorely disappointed. Upon returning to the salon to speak with the manager, my husband and I were told that my "brown was a dark shade of blonde" and that I "was stuck with it." I have and will continue to tell everyone I know to never go to this salon.
Great Esthetician Amy Shaw makes you feel completely comfortable while in a precarious position. She does a wonderful job while putting you at ease. She is knowledgeable about her services and products.
Jenny Shaw-Lochridge~ I assume you the the owner of this salon? I have been waiting for you to respond to my horrible experience at your salon since October 15th. I came in and showed my ruined hair to your manger on Thursday, October 15th and have been waiting for a phone call from you ever since. I called the corporate office of Aveda and they at least gave me the courtesy of documenting my experience at your salon. You told her you had some medical challenges and you would not be able to keep regular upkeep on your hair color. Made an appointment here and I was so excited to finally get my hair done from crazy quarantine. Drove to the salon and then stylist Julie said that she didn’t have enough time to put foils in my hair and to let me hair sit with the product on my hair. Pretty much telling my I’ll give you orange hair if you want. I never do foils just an all painted touch up of my roots (which is done quicker) and she said she only does foils which is fine but she didn’t have enough time to let my hair process.?? I love my hair cut from Melissa.. I would say, in all my years of having short hair, this has been my favorite cut. She is really attentive to your ideas/wants, but can also throw in her own professional advice and thoughts. She’s also just friendly and warm. In fact, everyone at the salon was super friendly. The atmosphere was lovely. I would highly recommend this place. ❤️
