 My Aunt was so excited to have this company maintain her pool. The owner appeared nice and asked for an additional $100 for pool chemicals to shock the pool. She called the owner to question when it would be safe to use the pool, because her family wanted to swim this weekend. He replied "I don't care about your family, I'm going to visit my grandson" and he hung up on her. We are currently trying to get our advanced deposit back. He is incredibly RUDE and unprofessional. We had this Service for 9 years and although they were extremely punctual, they never brushed the walls and always had comments about the existence of trees & shrubbery around the pool area. I even payed extra per month for chemicals to compensate for the debris.Then I had several years of surgeries and a lot of rehab and put off changing the water. Since I really didn't agree with it besides the over 600$ to refill it! When we finally agreed, he just quit with no explanation!! I then had the water tested and besides a littl... read more

They have in my pool service since 2009. Never had any problems with them. Good work for the money. Kept my pool sparkling clean.
