They provided friendly and professional service. They went the second mile to avoid cross contamination or exposure to contagious disease. Even the food was fresh and well prepared. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone needing quality health care.

Absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in until I was discharged their service was top notch. The nurses were caring, compassionate and professional. The Dr. was great. Serious about my injury but funny and putting me at ease the entire time. While I would not recommend going to an ER - if you have to go to one... chose this one! Dr. Elizarraraz and Nurse Tiffany get 5 stars for sure.

Business response:

Thank you for your kind words, Todd! Shout-outs like this are so meaningful to our team and we will be sure to pass your comments along. Thank you again and take care!

Very unorganized and unprofessional. I’ve never experienced so much chaos in a hospital in my life and I’ve been dealing with health issues since 14 years old. The communication between staff and patients is awful. They failed to do their job finding outpatient dialysis after surgery. I even went back today to get emergency dialysis .. they refused to admit to the problem they caused.. I also still didn’t receive my treatment so the last treatment I had was Thursday and it is not Sunday. If you have a serious medical conduit... read more

The food could be way better. Offer salt and pepper packets so the food can be more enjoyable and I guarantee that patients will be much happier. I lived off crackers and vending machine snacks while I was there because I was unable to eat the food without salt. Don't get me wrong, most of the staff were cool except for a few bad ones. Sierra vista used to have salt shakers but they took them away which was unfair to the patients. I understand some patients can't have that much salt for medical reasons but at least be fair a... read more

Very disappointing experience from admin level/primary dr/nurses! There was a complete breakdown of communication and poor care. His care was completely mismanaged. My 82 year old father was discharged to a rehab center and 5 days later ended up at a different hospital in ICU/CC for 8 days. That says it all! Thank you to JFK North CC Unit for saving my dad's life! Never, never again!!!!!
