Approximately a month ago, I visited your facility due to a case of food poisoning. I received minimal carespecifically, just one pill was administered and no diagnostic tests were conducted. However, I was shocked to receive a bill totaling $4,300 for this brief ******** health insurance has already covered $3,000 of this amount, leaving me responsible for the remaining $1,300. Basically was there a month and a half ago my wife was in the hospital for three days. They did all test they could set the home and knew nothing went back after a month and a half of shame symptoms they did the same thing same test same results but this time they let her sit in the hospital bed For Labor Day weekend and released on Tuesday same results. In August 2025, my mother suffered the first seizures of her life. She had 4 back-to-back seizures, lost consciousness until EMTs revived her, and 5 seizures in total before arriving at Henderson Hospital. This was a life changing and terrifying event. I have never been a patient here yet I have a collection from them. My grandmother and aunt both have been patients here and nothing but poor experiences for them. I’m still disputing the collection.

They did everything but provided CARE for my loved one who is now deceased after checking into this ER one weekend this May 2025. The nurses in ICU REFUSED my family to spend the night, stating her condition isn't critical, YET she dies 3 days later. The nurses in the ICU 5th floor are some of the most unreliable lying nurses I have ever encountered,,, besides being arrogant they are ALL LIARS,,, even after the head managing director of nurses gave an order the nurses all lied and refused to do what she said,,, unbelievable !!! Head hospital officers should look into this sad situation all the nurses should be reviewed and put on a 90 day suspension.. does anyone know a good lawyer that is looking for a case against them... nough said, but I'm serious...
They let my sister who just got out of a mental ward make decisions for my mom and I told them this over and over but they still let her take my mom of the vent. My mom kept shaking her head back and forth saying no i can’t breathbeggingfor help they just let my sister suffocate my mom to death!
I am not being treated humanely by the staff at this west henderson hospital. They are violating my HIPAA pravicy laws, not following the hospital policies like bed side repor, letting me leave the room, take a bed bath, or change the linein.
