It was an easy process to set up an appointment with them over the phone. The staff were nice and friendly on the telephone. I heard back from them rather quickly They came out to my house to replace a broken window pane. The installer was early which is fine with me. He was done putting the new pane of glass in very fast. He was working for maybe 15 minutes total. Highly recommended.

Centennial glass installed a large single picture window at my home in 2022. A crack occurred in the window pane from top to bottom. I called Centennial and expected a warranty fix. We have an open skylight in one of the room that had a crack glass on the outside at the home we purchased. The skylight was 'custom' so we could not just go to Home Depot, buy one and replace it ourselves. Centennial Glass person came by got measurements, ordered it and installed within the hours. Yes, it took almost three weeks in the process, order time. They can be busy. The new skylight looks great. No leaks so far. It's been raining for weeks since installed. Thank you guys.
