I tried to schedule my annual skin check, but they had no record of me ever being a patient. I have been there numerous times since their Visalia location opened. I previously went to the Hanford location. The doctors and physician assistants at both locations were good, but I will not have to find a new doctor.
RecommendedThey do great work; however, their appointments need to improve!! Very disappointed as I had scheduled a follow-up appointment for 8:15 am about 4 weeks ago for today, 12/26!! I arrived at 8 am & was told they weren’t seeing patients today!! However, when she checked the schedule, they had a full day of patients scheduled!!! I even received a confirmation text on Friday for today’s appt!! All I was told was sorry we don’t have any doctors in today!! Didn’t even ask if I wanted to reschedule or anything!!
