5 stars for the reception team and Susan. I went in for a cleaning followed by a root canal and then got told I need 2 tooth extractions plus my wisdom teeth removed. I wasn’t mentally prepared for this and therefore shocked and upset. Susan was amazing. She held my hand and let me know there is no pressure. I felt pressured by the dentist to get everything done in one trip but I wasn’t prepared for that and needed time to think about it. Absolutely one of the best dentist experiences that I've had out of every other office I've visited and continuing. Dr. Dipo and his wonderful team have gone above and beyond to help me save and successfully restore my teeth despite how far gone they were. There's no judgement, they're kind, gentle, accommodating, and the most easiest to work with. Nice dentist! Explained the process to me and was also quick to pause when I would wince in pain. Amazing people. Appointments were very flexible
I had amalgam fillings from past and I wanted to change them to white fillings, Dr. Dipo did a really good job, very aesthetic ! I can’t even tell it’s a filling there. And the assistant was so gentle and kind.
