Steven and Malcom did an outstanding job resolving my maintenance issue by removing the hair clog from the drain and replacing the missing dishwasher part. They were efficient, professional, and thorough, and I truly appreciate the excellent work they provided. I’m happy to have this maintenance issue taken care of as I prepare to resign my lease. I highly recommend living here and Steven and Malcom to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality service.
I have lived here for over 3 years and could not be happier. Any time I have a work order, it is taken care of quickly. The pool has been great this summer with the heat, and i enjoy the neighbors I have around me. I would absolutely recommend renting here!
update :;; Absolutely one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had with an apartment management company. Our lease ended in August 2026, and we completely moved out of the apartment. We notified management ahead of time that we were leaving and made multiple attempts to communicate with them. We sent emails, left voicemails, and contacted them repeatedly, yet we have received ZERO response. Not even a basic acknowledgment. Nothing. We've had an uninhabitable roach issue since April 2025, all the office does is send out an exterminator once a month that sprays and places 5 traps at a time, each trap collects 10s if not 100s of roaches in less than a week. When I called the new office manager the first time, she told me to claim it under my renters insurance, and there's nothing they can do about it.
