If you’re a first-time renter, this is YOUR place! I really want to thank Kelsea—she is absolutely amazing at what she does. I’ve been here for over a year now, and I can truly say they work with you! No matter your situation, they genuinely care and will help you out. The maintenance team is also incredible; I’ve put in work orders and had them resolved the very same day! Plus, the community is so quiet and peaceful—it honestly has those perfect 2016 vibes. Huge thanks to everyone working at Centennial Crossing!
My wife and I moved to Centennial at Lenox Place Apartments in Goodlettsville, TN about 13 years ago. It was only supposed to be temporary while we looked for something else… but we’re still here, and we just renewed again. Honestly, that probably says more than anything else I could say. Kelsea is an amazing leasing manager and has done a fantastic job with the updates. Kenney is great with maintaining the filters for the units and urgency for daily maintenance. If you get rid of Kelsea we will leave. ☺️
