We've had an uninhabitable roach issue since April 2025, all the office does is send out an exterminator once a month that sprays and places 5 traps at a time, each trap collects 10s if not 100s of roaches in less than a week. When I called the new office manager the first time, she told me to claim it under my renters insurance, and there's nothing they can do about it. Ive told her and the sorry "assistant manager" to get me in contact with higher management or the owner of the complex but they refuse, now they won't answe... read more
5 stars for the staff! Maintenance is very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. Rentcafe login makes it easy to put in your request and they handle it from there! Leasing staff is exceptionally caring and gets concerns handled professionally and quickly.
My mom lives here. We like it a lot nice little gym and very nice swimming pool.
I just moved in August 20th and when I say they have been the most caring concerned staff very easy to talk too and always checking to ensure that everything is fine. I had a few minor things that needed attention and they were right on it. I will say so far I’m loving it.
Kenny, Steve & Malcom are amazing at their jobs. They fix the issues we have normally same day. And helped me with my air filter issue. Top notch gentleman
