Wasn't great customer service, dentist was a young guy that gave the feeling of he did what he wanted, or nothing at all. And as I looked at my insurance bill, I see they billed me. They did no service except xraying, refused to clean my teeth for whatever reason (because I asked)

A few months ago, my wife had a cleaning done. She signed the preapproval and paid her portion of the bill. Some weeks later, we received a $450 bill from Centennial Complete Dental. I have called them several times about resolving the bill, and every call they say agree the bill is incorrect because we signed the preapproval. Several times now they have told me "we will fix it and call you back". I have yet to receive a call, but I am continuing to receive billing notices demanding the bill be paid.
