My family and I lived at Park Avenue Apartments until this last month, and we had been there for 4 years. We finally bought a house for our growing family, otherwise we would have stayed! Staff was always friendly and helpful (and especially kind to our kids), the building was well maintained with management staying up to date with safety as well as voluntary upgrades.
