Took my car in to get a oil change and let them know that there was a whistling sound coming from underneath my car. They had my car for over Three hours and when they called me to come pick it up the lady said that the service technician said that the sound I was hearing was normal this was on Monday the 9/15/25 so on Tuesday 9/16/25 I called them and said that this sound is not normal so they told me to bring it back up at 2:30 that day . Marlo and Ryan were wonderful to work with and made my purchase of a 2026 Chevrolet Equinox stress-free. This is the second vehicle purchased from tri star for me, I will return.
They have the worst service manager. Instead of looking something up just kept saying been here a year and never heard of Company. I had another vehicle there under same company in past. Have 2025 chevy Silverado with 4000 miles on it and already has the check engine light on for emissions. Stay away from TriStar in Uniontown
