Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. The Service department was outstanding. Tri Star should be 5 Star in my book.
They advertised that they had over 200 vehicles under $300 which is a TOTAL LIE!!! They had like 7 vehicles. Was not happy with them.
The service Dept. isn't very interested in satisfying the customer. Dave the manager, told me that my carbravo 12 month bumper to bumper warranty, that is supposed to be good at any chevy dealer for my certified 2022 Bolt, was not in the system and may not be honored in the future, even though I had the documentation to prove it. He told me that I needed to call and get them to add it or he wont honor it. RESPONSE TO OWNER: Why should I try to contact again? So another manager can blame me or my wife? I explicitly asked to speak to the owner about a major safety violation, instead, your corporate VP called me, offered a hollow apology, and then explicitly blamed me and me wife for driving it in and not buying your tires when we told you that it was already handled.
