Never going here. I called the maintenance number and was asking the receptionist lady who answered the phone about my warranty. Because I was told my Turbo Charger was going since the engine light came on from AutoZone. Was very rude from the start and I explained I wasn't used to having a warranty and asked for help. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. 2 times I attempted to get my car fixed here, and 2 times they were completely unreasonable with appointments and turnaround times. Go somewhere else for repairs!
We purchased a 24 traverse from a different dealer ship with that said can’t thank tri star enough especially the service manager. Had a freak issue where the gas pedal snapped off. Ordered the new assembly and it came in early he got us in same day and replaced it no issues. Great group of people there will be looking there when we are ready to buy again.
