Best bank ever! Customer service is super.
I used this bank since 2016. I always loved their customer service and overall banking setup. Their online banking also was super easy and practical. I’m not sure what has changed but I am finally seeing that I will need to change banks and I’m very sad. My card is constantly frozen. I came home to 2 separate letters in the mail saying their data systems had been hacked. I can’t understand having such both poor safety then over-the-top policies that block the card during traveling at every charge. It was just exhausting as a... read more
