The gate to the gated community is broken and doesn’t open. I had a family emergency and was locked in the community. I called emergency maintenance and stated I had a family emergency and needed to exit the community. The maintenance employee questioned seven different times and way wether I lived there. I lost my temper during the questioning process so he hung up and they refused to help because I lost my temper to his seven different questions wether I lived there. This put me and my family in a bad situation.
