I was there Friday at 315 for my appointment, was seen at 415, they worked on Abbey and then I had to wait until 600 pm to get her medicine. They need to improve on that and before I was seen I was asked if I was in a hurry. Like waiting 3 hours wasn't long enough.
I am so upset, my cat has been sick for a week. We've been to the vet twice and she had all her blood work done on Friday, I called 4 times yesterday and was told the vet will call with results when they have a chance. Well no call, so I called this morning and low and behold her results are in the Dr's box but the Dr doesn't come in until Wednesday , WTF!!!! I have always been happy with my experience and the quality of care provided by Centennial Animal Hospital. Recently Dr.Tyler has gone above and beyond to help educate, reassure, treat and genuinely care for our dog. I have nothing but praise for him, Dr. Craft and the team. I would highly recommend this veterinarian practice.
Recently had to take my Bailey in for UTI. So impressed with Dr. Tyler. He sat on the floor with Bailey making her feel completely comfortable. �
Dr. Craft and staff are the best. I worried about finding a good vet when I moved here after seeing my old vet since 1990, but they are just like him! Very caring and explain all your options. He understands the difficulty when sedating a Belgian Malinois and takes it seriously. I drive a little further just to see Dr. Craft as he takes the time with me and my dogs. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable too.
The staff here are very nice and totally care about the animals they treat!
