As a marketing director, I understand the rebrand thing. However, when your child is taken to the immediate care facility and you’re frantically trying to reunite with her, it’s a bit difficult to find the facility when all of the exterior signage is turned off. I too had a wonderful experience with the caring and knowledgeable staff at Centegra. We had started at the "other" immediate care in the vicinity. Big. Mistake. I was met with the same attitude that was stated on here that they were too tired and NOT interested in helping. We hightailed it out of there and were met with caring and concerned staff who were able to diagnose my pneumonia right away and confirmed with a chest x-ray with near immediate results.
