Communication was great until after they got all their money. Was told that my bill from FPL was going to be $9 per month and when I got my first bill it was $27. Don't feel solar was worth it. Had an issue with my solar panels soon after they were installed and my message was ignored. Had to call Enphase multiple times and eventually a person knew how to help me. I would not recommend them or solar.
HOMEOWNER BEWARE: Centaur Construction left behind driveway rust and tar damage. The fact that we have reached out to the management and owners of the company with no response is even more concerning. As a paying customer, we deserve to have our concerns addressed and resolved in a timely manner. The rusted container that Centaur Construction placed directly on your driveway pavers and tar spills should have been dealt with properly to prevent damage in the first place. Paul and Centaur were exceptional! They jumped through many hoops helping us with getting a new roof while also in the process of selling our home. They understood the time constraints due to our special circumstances and worked with us all the way through, even to calling us after our closing to be sure all went well! I wish I could give ten stars! Centaur was a whole different experience than we’ve ever had working with a contractor. Paul was so courteous, always followed through and made sure everything was done perfectly! It was an incredible experience and we never had to worry. Everyone showed up when they said they would.
