This place is terrible. The receptionist is rude and has a nasty attitude. She has poor communication skills and doesn't know how to assist elderly patients suffering from neurological conditions. Please save your time and money by going to a different clinic.
This place is trash and doesn’t deserve the one star I am applying. Not helpful at all, the lady at the front desk is beyond rude. They never answer the phone or respond to emails. My grand daughter is a new patient. She has epilepsy and needs her seizure medication but can’t get it until she’s seen on the 28th. What happens if she has a crisis? Then you have a concerned patent that’s there for the well being of their child and they call the police because they are being rude and not helpful. I would raise my voice too. Unac... read more
Waited almost 2 hours. Dr said 3 words to my son, after we drove 2 hours for the appointment, handed my son the chart and walked out. Extremely rude and unfriendly Dr.
My daughter had an appointment with Dr Antezana today-very professional and kind, answered questions- concerned and informative. Thankful to have this physician in Alexandria. Staff was excellent- from front desk, nurse and checkout. I thank God for these folks. Wait time was 15 min. Would definitely recommend to anyone with MS.
