Absolutely horrible office staff!!!! Had my Dr send a referral and 3 weeks later they still haven’t called. I called them and spoke to the office manager and it was a terrible experience. That made me an appointment but never notified me. She had excuses that they are just too busy and was very rude. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Highly recommend this office! I had an incredible experience from start to finish. The front office staff were extremely friendly and helpful, both in person and on the phone. I seen Dr Hawthorne and within seconds he had a solution for my problems and I couldn’t be more thankful for him. Although he helped me quickly, he stayed in the room and was very thorough and explained things to me perfectly as well as answered all of my questions and concerns. Have you ever tried to get an appointment? Call back Monday. On Monday get told to call back Friday. On Friday told to call back Monday. It is faster to get a referral to anywhere else.
