Extremely high prices on parts and rv’s. It is hard to get waited on in the parts department and when you do they act like it is too much trouble for them. I prefer Primeaux RZ down the road.
Purchased our new 2026 jayco from Brandon at CENLA Alexandria couldn’t have been a smoother process!!! Very knowledgeable about the product he sells and super professional!! Can’t say enough about the service department also we had a small problem with the slide out control and a slide topper didn’t come in before we could pick it up. CENLA sent someone to our house to pick up our unit take it back and install topper and replace control unit that’s top notch!!! We’ve been doing business with them for years and have purchased numerous fifth wheels. I just have to say that now with my many health issues Shannon has been a life saver for me. I’m basically homebound and currently live in our 2026 Jayco 44’ Northpoint. Our most recent purchase. We all have little things that come up when first breaking in our new rvs and I have and do also.
