I happily lived here for 3.5 years without any concerns or problems. It's such a nice and quiet living. The landlord Michael is a great person and very caring about his tenants, which is what I noticed on day 1 after meeting him. I would definitely rent here again once I get back on my feet again! THANK YOU MICHAEL.
This place just took over the apartment complex I live in. Silk oak apts in Modesto, CA. They raised our rent ,but our manager has lowered our hot water temps. When I asked him about it he said, section 8 told him to do it? (Well I'm not section 8 pay my rent cash in full every month) and expect a hot shower( not a warm shower).
My experience with this company is they are negligent and do their job half azz because they are cheap and do not hire professional people who actually get paid for the specific job that needs to be done...
By far the best experience I have ever had.
