So I wrote a bad review a few weeks ago about a power outage in my apartment car port. Im writing this new one to apologize. I've spoken to Mr. Wong and everything was explained to me on why it took so long to fix. Its now fixed and im very satisfied. Thank you Cen Cal. And again, please accept my apologies for the bad review.
I've been at my apartment for ten years now. It recently got purchased by Cencal. I put in a request to have our lights in our carport to be fixed. They have been out for a month now. I put the request in 3 weeks ago. Still not fixed. Been literally left in the dark.
Put an application for a unit and some how my application was never look at are even ran my credit are called my employer and my manager so basically I gave them free money complex on Cambridge apt D was given to someone else didn't even run anything and this was in May 2025 saying another apartment Will be ready doing floors lol smh
I happily lived here for 3.5 years without any concerns or problems. It's such a nice and quiet living. The landlord Michael is a great person and very caring about his tenants, which is what I noticed on day 1 after meeting him. I would definitely rent here again once I get back on my feet again! THANK YOU MICHAEL.
