I contracted with Cen-Tex to pump out my septic tank and have one of their technicians dig up the access cover, during this process the airline was damaged. Cen-Tex refuses to acknowledge that this damage is in any way their fault and has billed me for the repairs. Multiple phone calls to their office and pictures of the damage has only resulted with insinuations that I was lying and the damage was my fault. We have had Cen-Tex Aerobics for several years, the maintenance has been very poor. We had to actually get another company to check our system, due to poor care by this company. We had another company that came out on Tuesday and cleaned the filters, etc. The system was a mess, I actually saw the tank on this day when the other company came out. Cen-tex always came out when no one was home, and we had no ideal whether or not the system was being checked appropriately. Centex came out on Thursday two days later after I observ... read more
