Gavin truly cares about his clients, tenants, employees, and everyone he works with. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a reliable property manager.
Make sure you get full disclosure from this property management before submitting an application or you will end up wasting time and money! Gavin did not make a point to share that information with me and my family when we were shown the property nor when we put in multiple applications and paid their $40 fee for each app. He also failed to make note of their requirements on the informational documents provided. I reached out to Gavin personally and no remedy was made. This experience leaves me with a bad impression overall ... read more

Had a 1:00 pm appointment today with Gavin Shiraishi. He sent me text message @ 7:29 am canceling this appointment as he already has an applicant for this unit. We are under a lot of stress trying to find a place to live, but why i am so disappointed (and a little bit upset) is that my daughter and I had to request time off from work just to make this 1:00 pm appointment with Gavin!
