Make sure you get full disclosure from this property management before submitting an application or you will end up wasting time and money! Gavin did not make a point to share that information with me and my family when we were shown the property nor when we put in multiple applications and paid their $40 fee for each app. He also failed to make note of their requirements on the informational documents provided. Had a 1:00 pm appointment today with Gavin Shiraishi. He sent me text message @ 7:29 am canceling this appointment as he already has an applicant for this unit. We are under a lot of stress trying to find a place to live, but why i am so disappointed (and a little bit upset) is that my daughter and I had to request time off from work just to make this 1:00 pm appointment with Gavin!
Very strange management… Ignored our calls for two weeks after we applied for unit. Finally after getting a hold of him (calling from another number) he said he was too busy to review application. There is no issues with our application or ability to rent. We had to move on to another unit. All of his units have been on the market for months and the one we really wanted still is as well….He is costing his clients lots of money.
I agree 100% with the negative reviews. Take your money elsewhere! Very unprofessional.
Avoid Can Pac Properties! Gavin Shiraishi has no personality. Perhaps he's not even human, no lie see for yourself engage him for yourself and believe this review after you meet this jerk. No issue taking your money, has issues delivering as promised. Not a reasonable business owner, just better to avoid.
