Had a 1:00 pm appointment today with Gavin Shiraishi. He sent me text message @ 7:29 am canceling this appointment as he already has an applicant for this unit. We are under a lot of stress trying to find a place to live, but why i am so disappointed (and a little bit upset) is that my daughter and I had to request time off from work just to make this 1:00 pm appointment with Gavin!
Very strange management… Ignored our calls for two weeks after we applied for unit. Finally after getting a hold of him (calling from another number) he said he was too busy to review application. There is no issues with our application or ability to rent. We had to move on to another unit. All of his units have been on the market for months and the one we really wanted still is as well….He is costing his clients lots of money.
I agree 100% with the negative reviews. Take your money elsewhere! Very unprofessional.
Avoid Can Pac Properties! Gavin Shiraishi has no personality. Perhaps he's not even human, no lie see for yourself engage him for yourself and believe this review after you meet this jerk. No issue taking your money, has issues delivering as promised. Not a reasonable business owner, just better to avoid.
Ordered condominium documents as per the condo purchase agreement. Without a call back after filling out their request form and paying in advance. I had to call twice a week. On the second week owner/manager answered my call and said he was so busy he'll get it by end of the week. Finally called at end of 3rd week to pick up documents. Mailing would have extended the time for delivery plus added cost. Hope you're not in any rush when dealing with this condominium management company.
